Okay, so topping up Grab via online banking, right? It's pretty straightforward, actually. I did it last Tuesday, July 18th, from my Maybank2u account.
First, you log into your online banking. Then, find the "Transfer Funds" section—mine was clearly labelled.
Next, you need Grab's account details. I had to hunt around a bit for those, but they're on their website.
After that, type in how much you wanna add. I topped up RM50 that day. Simple.
Finally, hit "submit." It was instant, money was in my GrabPay wallet within seconds. No problems at all. I was so relieved; I almost missed my Grab ride that day, haha.
