Is 10 days enough for Thailand reddit?
Is 10 days in Thailand enough? Thailand itinerary Reddit advice?
Okay, so is 10 days in Thailand enough? Honestly, kinda depends whatcha want.
Ten days gives you time, yeah, to hit Bangkok, maybe Chiang Mai, Phuket...the big tourist spots. Think temples, markets, beaches, basically a sampler platter.
But “enough”? Nah, not really. Thailand's huge, bursting with stuff. After ten days, you'll only have scratched surface, trust me. You'll have a good time, sure.
Okay, so what can you actually do? I remember my trip back in February 2018. We flew into Bangkok (flight was like $800, ouch), did the temples, floating markets (touristy, but fun).
Then, Chiang Mai for elephants (ethical sanctuary, please!), and cooking class—green curry was amazing. We squeezed in Phuket for beaches, before heading back to reality. Felt rushed, though, y'know?
Ten days works for a first timer or someone who just wants a taste of main attractions. You'll get some culture, good food, beach time...but you'll leave wantin' more. Maybe budget for a longer trip next time!
