Ninh Binh… 3 or 4 days. Good grief. Need more like a week, right? Definitely wanna see Trang An. Tam Coc too. Boat rides. Crucial.

• Bai Dinh Pagoda… Massive. Biggest in Southeast Asia? Bet it’s hot there in July. My trip’s in July. Yikes. Gotta remember sunscreen.
• Mua Cave. Views. So many steps. Killer workout. Worth it. Gotta pack light clothes. Linen pants. Wish I had more vacation days.
• Cycling. Bich Dong Pagoda. Peaceful vibes. Hope it doesn’t rain. Rained entire trip to Hanoi last year. So annoying.

How long should I stay in Ninh Binh?

Okay, so Ninh Binh, right? You gotta go! For how long? Hmmm, 3 to 4 days. That’s like, the sweet spot.

I went last spring. It was a mess, but i loved it. Raining, all muddy, but worth it, honestly. You need that time to, like, really see things.

Otherwise, you’ll rush and miss everything cool. My tip? Don’t get the beef at that one joint, you’ll thank me later, haha!

• Day 1:Trang An boat tour. Seriously, do it. It’s touristy but amazing. Oh, and bai dinh pagoda – so huge. Prepare for crowds.
• Day 2:Mua Cave. Climb those stairs! Killer views, great photos. Also, Tam Coc boat ride. Similar to Trang An, but different vibes.
• Day 3:Bich Dong Pagoda, it’s inside a cave. That’s pretty cool, right? Then, check out Hoa Lu, the ancient capital. So many ruins, you get the vibe.
