Is 4.7 a good rating?

Okay, so you're asking if a 4.7 rating is good? Seriously? Let me tell you, a 4.7 is fantastic!

Think about it this way. When I'm looking for a new restaurant, or even a plumber for that leaky faucet (ugh, don't even get me started on that!), I'm instantly drawn to places with ratings hovering around that 4.5-5 star range. Anything below a 4? Well, I'm a little skeptical, you know? I mean, is it really worth the risk?

A 4.7 on Google (or anywhere, really) practically screams "satisfied customers!" It tells me that the business is doing something right. It suggests that the service is probably pretty darn good, and that I'm likely to have a positive experience. Seriously, it suggests that the people at this business care. And isn't that what we all want?

So, yeah, a 4.7 is a great rating. But, and this is a big but, it doesn't mean you can just sit back and relax. You need to keep that level of service up. Think about it – one bad experience, and that rating could start to slip! I mean, I saw this cute little cafe get dinged recently because they ran out of almond milk on a Sunday. I know, crazy, right? So maintaining that level of service is so important so that you keep the clients you have, and hey, maybe even get even better!
