It’s the mud baths, y’all! Think Cleopatra, but instead of milk, you’re wallowing in goo that smells faintly of, uh, earth.

They reckon it’s good for you. Like a spa treatment only cheaper and dirtier. I dunno, feels kinda like being a human glazed donut.

• Mineral Clay Magic: They swear it fixes everything from your bum knee to your existential dread. My Aunt Mildred went; came back still complaining ’bout her bunions, though.
• Waterfall Rinse: Picture this: you’re covered head-to-toe in mud, looking like a swamp thing, then you hose yourself down under a waterfall. Seriously, what’s not to love?
• Hot Springs Finale: After the mud and the waterfall, you soak in hot springs. By then, you’re basically a human teabag. A mineral-infused, slightly prune-y human teabag.

Afterwards? You feel…different. Maybe slightly cleaner. Mostly, you just feel like you’ve survived something. Yeah, survived. A true test of character, honestly. Plus, it’s Instagram gold, right? Mud selfies galore!

Is there anything to do in Nha Trang?

Nha Trang, 2024. Man, I was SO exhausted after that motorbike ride. Dust everywhere. Sun beatin’ down. Needed a serious chill-out. Found this place, tucked away in the hills, total hidden gem. Seriously.

It was amazing. First, the mud baths. Thick, dark mud, smelled kinda earthy, honestly. Felt weird at first, like being buried alive, but then… relaxation hit. Total body release. Seriously, I could have stayed there for hours.

Then, the hot springs. Wow. The water was so smooth and hot, it felt like heaven after the mud. I soaked there for ages, just watching the jungle. Peace. Pure peace.

Okay, so, few CCTVs, seriously? Felt way too exposed, y’know? Like, anyone could just…do anything.

Plus, zero English. None. Trying to order food was a freaking nightmare. Trying to find a decent ATM? Forget it.

Police presence? Shrug. Seemed kinda…absent. Or maybe I just couldn’t communicate. Frustrating AF.

I mean, beautiful beach, sure. But is it worth feeling unsafe? Nah.

I’d recommend somewhere else, tbh.
