A processing fee, a convenience fee (convenient for whom?!), a delivery fee… suddenly, that "great deal" is anything but. It's like, twenty bucks more than you thought! It makes my blood boil.

They say these fees cover things like administrative costs or credit card processing, but sometimes I really wonder. Like that time I booked a flight and got hit with a "fuel surcharge," even though fuel prices had actually dropped. Explain that one! It just feels so… shady. Like they're trying to sneak extra profit in without you noticing. I remember reading somewhere that some companies actually rely on these hidden fees for a big chunk of their revenue. Kinda makes you think, huh?

Honestly, the worst part is the lack of transparency. Why not just be upfront about the total price from the start?
