What do I do if I forgot my PRESTO card?

Ugh, forgetting your PRESTO card is the WORST, isn't it? I remember that one time I was already at the station, about to hop on the train, and BAM! No card. Talk about panic! So, what do you do? Don't freak out (like I did, haha).

Thankfully, getting a replacement isn't too hard. You can grab one from a PRESTO customer service outlet (if you can find one!), or sometimes you can find them at a Shoppers Drug Mart – so convenient! There are other places too, like some other random stores, or even those PRESTO vending machines. Just pop in your money and you're good to go. Then, you'll need to load some money onto it, obviously. Oh, and something to keep in mind - it might take a little while, maybe like a day or so, before you can see the new card's info online. Just a heads-up, you know? It's not instant. They say up to 24 hours, something like that. But honestly, who needs the internet when you've got your shiny new PRESTO card in hand, ready to roll?
