What do I do if my FedEx package was not delivered?
Ugh, FedEx again? My package didn't show up! What a nightmare. Seriously, what do you do when that happens? I mean, I'm sitting here, staring at my empty doorstep, wondering where my new, super-cute cat sweater is. (Don't judge, it's going to be amazing with my fuzzy slippers.)
First thing I did last time this happened – because, yeah, it's happened before – was call that 1-800-GO-FEDEX number. It's like a mantra, you know? You just know you're gonna need it. I explained everything, tried to be nice, even though I was already internally screaming. Gave them my tracking number – which, by the way, is probably the most important thing, so write it down! I remember one time I couldn't find mine and it added like, a whole hour to the phone call. A whole hour! You feel me?
If they can't immediately sort it out, don't hesitate to ask for a supervisor. I know, it feels like a hassle, but honestly, sometimes those folks have more authority to, like, actually do something. Last time, I had to explain the whole thing to three different people, but the supervisor managed to track it down – it was apparently sitting in a different city... somewhere in Indiana! It was bizarre. Indiana? My package was supposedly coming from California! Anyway, I got my package eventually. So persistence is key, I guess. But seriously, FedEx, what gives?
