What happens if you don't do an online check-in?
What happens if you skip online check-in for your flight?
Okay, so what happens if you skip that online check-in thing? Well, let me tell ya.
You might lose your seat, plain and simple. Happened to my buddy Dave flying Ryanair on 12/07/2022, damn cheapo airline. Seriously!
No boarding pass means no flying. It's like showing up to a concert without a ticket. They need to make sure its YOU and all your passport details are correct ya know?
They confirm all your info, passport, frequent flier number. That sort of jibber-jabber. I once forgot my flier # and missed out on those sweet miles ugh.
Basically, airline might assume you are a no-show and give your spot to someone waiting, especially if it is overbooked. And believe me, they always overbook flights.
