What if I have a problem getting money from ATM?

It's their problem, not some random ATM owner's.

Seriously, get on the phone ASAP. Explain what happened – clearly and calmly, even if inside you're screaming. They might ask for some details – the ATM location, the time, maybe even your transaction number if you got one. It's a hassle, I know, but it's way better than losing your money. And trust me, getting that card back from the ATM was a whole saga. It took like three days! Three days! Could've sworn that ATM was trying to hold my card hostage.
