Okay, so if you ask me, pinning down one superfood is tough, but dark leafy greens absolutely deserve the top spot. I mean, think about it: kale, spinach, collards – theyre packed with vitamins and minerals our bodies crave. Plus, knowing they can potentially help ward off nasty stuff like heart disease and diabetes? Thats a pretty powerful argument for piling them on my plate! They give me a sense of security!
