First things first, gotta hit up Uber Eats support. Like, ASAP. They say you've got 48 hours to complain, so don't dilly-dally! I usually just go straight to the app. It's the easiest, I think.

When you contact them, be super clear about what's missing or wrong. Don't just say "the order was wrong." Be specific! "I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and got a plain cheeseburger instead," you know?

And this is key – if they messed up an item, SNAP A PIC! Trust me, they'll want to see it. I once got a completely different pizza than what I ordered, and the photo was my saving grace. I think it helps prove you're not just trying to scam them (not that we would, of course!). They'll usually give you a refund or some other kind of compensation. Fingers crossed! Honestly, I usually get a refund.
