Which day is the flight ticket cheapest?

Is Tuesday really the cheapest day to book flights? I’ve heard that tale too – something about airlines magically dropping deals on Monday night or Tuesday morning. Makes you wonder, doesn’t it? Like, are they just sitting around, twiddling their thumbs until Tuesday rolls around? Anyway, I always try to peek at prices on Tuesdays, just in case. You know, hoping to score a deal so I can splurge on something fun at my destination – like, maybe, a mountain of gelato in Rome? (Just dreaming here…) Seriously though, it does feel like weekends are highway robbery when it comes to flight prices. Remember that time I booked a last-minute flight on a Sunday? Ouch. Learned that lesson the hard way. So, yeah, Tuesday… it’s worth a shot, right? Who knows, it might actually work!
