Why does my Wi-Fi suddenly stop?

Ugh, seriously, why does my Wi-Fi keep dying on me?! It's like, the worst timing, always. One minute I'm binge-watching my favorite show, the next… poof! Gone. Is it a power surge thing? We had one a few months back that fried my toaster, so it wouldn't surprise me. Remember that? Toast everywhere! Anyway… Or maybe it's the router. That poor thing is crammed in the TV cabinet with like, a million cables and the DVD player we never use. It's practically suffocating in there! It's gotta be overheating, right? I mean, the thing is ancient. Seriously, I think I got it when dinosaurs still roamed the earth. Okay, maybe not that long, but still! Maybe it's just a software glitch? Who knows with these things. I swear, technology… Sometimes I think I need to just get a new one. But then again, wouldn’t be surprised if I just accidentally kicked the plug loose. I do that sometimes, clumsy me! It’s probably something dumb like that. Ugh. I'm going to check... Wish me luck!
