What is the passenger capacity of Shinkansen?

Ever wondered how many people a Shinkansen can cram in? I sure did! And then I saw one. Whoa. These things are HUGE. Seriously, I've been on other high-speed trains, but nothing like this. I mean, they're so spacious inside! You wouldn't believe it. Something like over 1300 people in a 16-car train?! Isn't that insane? It's like...a whole town on wheels, rolling through the countryside. It didn't feel like a crowded train at all, more like, I don't know...a fancy hotel on rails? Maybe? It was so comfortable. I remember thinking, where do they even put everyone? There was so much room! Man, I'm already dreaming of my next Shinkansen trip. Just thinking about it...so cool.
