Eligibility for Visa-Free Entry

Restrictions on Visa-Free Entry

The following individuals are not eligible for visa-free entry:

Visa Waiver Program (VWP)

ESTA Authorization

Individuals from VWP-participating countries who wish to travel to the US for visa-free entry must first obtain an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). This is an online application that determines an individual's eligibility for visa-free travel. ESTA authorization is valid for two years and allows for multiple entries into the US during the validity period.
