Do all seats recline on a Boeing 777-200?

Okay, so you wanna know if all the seats on a Boeing 777-200 recline, right? Well, generally speaking, yes, they do! Every seat, even those poor souls stuck in the very last row, should recline.

I say “should” because, well, you know how things go. I remember flying back from visiting my sister in Chicago once – it was on a 777, I’m pretty sure – and the guy in front of me tried to recline, bless his heart. He kept fiddling with the button, you know, that little thing on the side? And nothing! Nada. He eventually gave up, muttering something about “broken seats” under his breath.
