• Download a whatsapp or something! You can call people from there.
• Airplane mode and wifi! Also, disable wifi assist.
• I should have bought an international plan BEFORE.
• Check your carrier's roaming policies before you go, not after.
• Consider investing in a dual-SIM phone for future travels.
• Don't be me. Don't learn the hard way!
