Does Business Class get lounge access at Amtrak?

Okay, so you’re wondering if snagging a Business Class ticket on Amtrak automatically gets you into those fancy lounges, huh? I get it! I’ve definitely been there, dreaming of escaping the crowded waiting area.

Well, here’s the deal. Unlike airlines where business class usually means lounge access, Amtrak’s a little different. You don’t automatically get in just because you’re riding Business Class. Bummer, right?

I mean, it’s not free, but it’s an option!

I remember one time, I was connecting through Chicago and my train was delayed like, forever. I was seriously considering that day pass just for a quiet place to sit and maybe grab a decent cup of coffee. Totally worth it for some peace and quiet, you know? Anyway, yeah, keep that day pass in mind if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle of the main terminal.
