Does TSA PreCheck not work for international flights?

TSA PreCheck for international flights? It does work, and thank goodness for that! You wouldn't believe the stress it takes off my shoulders. I mean, who likes standing in those crazy long security lines? They make me so jittery! I remember one time flying to Paris – the regular line snaked around like a…well, a really long snake.
