Does Uber go by time or mileage?
Ugh, figuring out Uber pricing always stresses me out! Honestly, from my experience, its a mix of both time and distance. Like, if Im stuck in crazy traffic, even if Im not going far, the price definitely creeps up. Its frustrating, but I guess it makes sense – the drivers time is valuable, too, right? So, yeah, they definitely consider both!
Ugh, Uber pricing, am I right?! It’s so confusing. It definitely uses both time and mileage, at least that’s what I’ve always figured. Like, remember that time I was trying to get to that concert downtown? Total gridlock. Barely moved a mile in like, half an hour? And the price? Forget about it! It was insane! Way more than I’d usually pay to go that distance, you know? So, yeah, time is a HUGE factor. I mean, think about it, the driver’s sitting there, not getting anywhere… they gotta get paid somehow, don’t they? So, short answer? Both. Time and mileage. It’s kind of a bummer sometimes, but what can you do?
