How are seats numbered?

Ugh, stadium seating always frustrates me! Its so illogical. They number them from the aisle closest to the previous section, which makes absolutely no sense to me. Why not start with the best seats? I always end up squinting at the tiny map, trying to decipher which number is actually closest to the field, and I swear its always a battle to find my seat. Seriously, someone needs to redesign this whole system!

Ugh, stadium seating, am I right?! It’s always a struggle. Seriously, who designed this numbering system? It’s like they want us to wander around confused. They number from the aisle closest to the previous section?! What is that about?! Shouldn’t the best seats, the ones closest to the action, be number one? It just seems so backwards to me.

I remember one time, I went to a baseball game – it was a big deal, playoffs, you know? – and I had these supposedly “amazing” seats. Sounded fantastic when I bought them. But then I got there, tiny little map in hand, and… ugh. Seat numbers in the hundreds, and I’m squinting, trying to figure out which direction is even towards the field. Ended up walking up and down the aisle, like three times, before I finally found my spot. Talk about stressful! And don’t even get me started on those narrow rows… you practically have to climb over people. Someone seriously needs to revamp this whole thing. Maybe start numbering from the center, closest to the action, and work your way out? Wouldn’t that make so much more sense?
