How early do you have to be to get a check in with Eurostar?

Okay, so, Eurostar check-in... How early do you really need to be there? I mean, no one wants to be hanging around a train station forever, right? Officially, they say at least 90 minutes before departure. Ninety minutes! It sounds like a lot, doesn't it? But then again, it depends. If you're traveling Standard class, maybe you could risk cutting it a bit closer, but I wouldn't push it too much. I remember that time I almost missed my train to Paris because I underestimated the lines at security – never again! It was absolute chaos, everyone rushing, and me frantically searching for my passport... not a fun experience. The 20 minutes they say for check-in itself? Yeah, that's probably about right, especially if everything goes smoothly. But you never know, right? Maybe there's a sudden rush, or a technical glitch, who knows! So, if you're Business Premier, then yeah, maybe you can swagger in a little later. But for us regular folks? Better safe than sorry, I'd say. Just grab a coffee, find a seat, and relax.
