How many countries does Expedia operate in? Seriously, I was just thinking about this the other day! I mean, wow, over 70! That’s insane, right? I see their ads everywhere, all the time. Like, seriously, everywhere. From those little banner ads on my news sites to the full-blown TV commercials – they’re inescapable! It makes sense, I guess, considering how popular they are. They’re in the US, of course, that’s where I mostly see them. But also Japan? I saw an ad in Japanese once – I didn’t understand it, but still, Japan! It’s pretty cool.

It got me thinking about my own travel plans. I’ve been dreaming of a Southeast Asia trip for ages, maybe Thailand – I’ve always wanted to see those floating markets – or the Philippines, to relax on some beautiful beaches. You know? The kind of trip you need to plan meticulously, with flights and hotels and maybe even a tour guide or two. Before, I was a little hesitant, worried about navigating all the different websites and booking systems… but knowing Expedia’s in so many countries, you know, having that kind of global reach? It definitely makes me feel a lot more comfortable about using them. Like, they’ve clearly got the logistics down, right? It’s less daunting now, knowing I’m not dealing with some tiny local operator I’ve never heard of.
