How many kg allowed in Economy Class?

Okay, so you wanna know about the luggage allowance in Economy Class, huh? Let me tell you, it's a constant source of anxiety for me!

Basically, you're looking at 23kg per bag. Now, on the surface, that sounds alright, right? But honestly, does it ever feel like enough? For me, it's ALWAYS a struggle. I swear, I spend half my vacation stressing about whether my bag is going to be overweight at the airport.

Like, I remember this one time I was going to visit my family in India, and I wanted to bring them some nice American chocolates. I packed like, ten boxes. Ten! And of course, my bag was a kilo over. Seriously, just one kilo! I had to stand there in the check-in line, frantically rearranging my stuff, trying to squeeze everything into my carry-on. Ugh, the horror!

And you know what REALLY gets me? Business class gets 32kg. THIRTY-TWO! That's like, almost 10kg more! It just feels so unfair. At least most airlines these days allow you to take two bags, that's something I guess.

I keep joking that I need to become a Maharaja Club member or something just to get more luggage allowance. Maybe someday I'll be fancy enough to fly with all the clothes I want! Until then, though, it's all about that strategic packing – roll, don't fold, and leave those heavy shoes at home! Seriously though, who needs 10 pairs of shoes anyway? Okay, maybe I do... but I won't admit it! ;)
