How much does a visa for Vietnam cost?

Visa Costs for Visiting Vietnam

Vietnam offers a convenient e-visa system for international travelers seeking entry into the country. The cost of these e-visas varies depending on the type of visa required:

• Single-entry e-visa: $25
• Multiple-entry e-visa: $50

These e-visas provide a streamlined process for obtaining a visa, eliminating the need for visits to embassies or consulates. Applicants can apply online and receive their visa electronically, making it a hassle-free option.

However, it is crucial to note that e-visa holders are required to enter and exit Vietnam through designated international border gates. These designated gates have been specified by the Vietnamese government and must be used by e-visa holders. Failure to do so may result in visa issues or entry denial.

For more information on designated international border gates and other Vietnam visa requirements, travelers are advised to consult the official website of the Vietnam Immigration Department or seek assistance from a reputable visa agency.
