How to Get Visa Fee Receipt for Online Payment Canada

When you submit your Canadian visa application online, you will receive an automated email receipt. This receipt serves as proof of payment for your visa application fee.

However, if you need a duplicate copy of your receipt, follow these steps to retrieve it:

1. Locate your receipt number:

   • The receipt number is a unique identifier assigned to your visa application.
   • You can find your receipt number in the original submission confirmation email that you received when you submitted your application.

2. Sign in to your account:

   • Visit the Canadian Immigration and Citizenship (CIC) website.
   • Click on the “Sign In” link in the top right corner of the page.
   • Enter your username and password to sign in.

3. Retrieve the duplicate receipt:

   • Once you are signed in, click on the “My Applications” tab.
   • Find the application that you need the duplicate receipt for.
   • Click on the “View Details” button for the application.
   • On the application details page, scroll down to the “Payments” section.
   • Click on the “Receipt” link for the payment you need to get a duplicate for.

4. Print the duplicate receipt:

   • A new window will open with the duplicate receipt.
   • You can print the receipt by clicking on the “Print” button in the top right corner of the page.
