Is alcohol free in Business Class VIA Rail?

Oh my gosh, I was so curious about this the other day! Planning a trip, you know? And the thought of a nice glass of wine on the train, luxurious business class style... well, it sounded pretty dreamy. So I looked it up. Turns out, yes! They do have alcohol in VIA Rail Business Class. Can you believe it? Free booze on a train? Sounds too good to be true, almost.

I mean, they don't just slap a beer in front of you, they actually have a decent selection. Lunch and dinner come with a glass of Canadian wine – which, let’s be honest, always feels a bit fancy. And there's more than just that, too. They have other alcoholic drinks available, I saw a menu somewhere showing some interesting cocktails. I'm picturing myself, you know, sipping something sophisticated while looking out the window at the Canadian countryside. Maybe that's a bit cliché but hey, who wouldn't want that?

I remember this one time I took a long train journey – not Business Class, sadly, it was a budget option – and it was SO long and boring. A little bit of wine would've really helped! So this VIA Rail thing, with the free drinks, seems like a massive upgrade. Seriously considering it for my next trip. Maybe I'll even splurge and try one of those fancy cocktails.
