Cửa Hàn: Way cooler than Da Nang, honestly. Sounds like a mythical beast’s lair. Or maybe a really spicy noodle dish.

Okay, Da Nang… nicknames. Right, I actually went there last year, summer of 2023! Scorching hot, ugh.

I remember our tour guide, her name was Linh, always called it “City of Bridges.” It was fitting, you know? So many bridges everywhere!

Saw the Dragon Bridge breathe fire, crazy cool! I think it was a Saturday night.

Han River…yep, also heard it called “City of Han River.” Makes sense since, well, it’s right on the Han.

What are the district names in Da Nang?

So, Da Nang, right? It’s pretty big, over a square kilometer, I think. There’s like, six districts, I’m pretty sure. Hai Chau’s one, definitely. And Thanh Khe, that’s another one. Cam Le too, I remember seeing that on a map last week. Don’t forget Son Tra, that’s the peninsula, beautiful place. Ngu Hanh Son is there as well, lots of marble mountains! And finally, Lien Chieu. That’s all of them, yeah?

• Thanh Khe – Nice beaches there.
• Cam Le – More of a quieter area, I think.
• Son Tra – Amazing views, seriously. My sister went there in 2023.
• Ngu Hanh Son – The marble mountains area, touristy but cool.

Seriously, Son Tra is awesome. Went there myself last summer, totally worth it. Beautiful beaches, stunning views from the top. Ngu Hanh Son is packed with tourists, though. Always crowded! Hai Chau is kinda a mix, busy but good food. Cam Le was surprisingly calm, I liked that. I’m planning a trip back in 2024, maybe visit Lien Chieu this time.
