Top 5 Most Attractive Countries to Visit?

Okay, so you want my honest take on the most amazing places to visit, right? Ditch the corporate robot voice, got it! Here's my two cents, plus some actual travel moments that stick with me.

It's totally a matter of opinion, but hey, here are places I'd sell my couch to revisit, based on stuff like gorgeous scenery and feeling safe enough to not clutch my purse every five seconds.

  • Italy: Ancient history? Check. Pasta to die for? Double check. Florence stole my heart (and some Euros on a leather jacket...worth it).
  • Spain: Sun-soaked beaches and tapas? I’m in! Barcelona, especially, is a vibe, and the architecture!
  • Switzerland: Ok, so it is EXPENSIVE. But those mountains? Like from a fairy tale. Plus, chocolate.

Greece is dreamy. All that whitewashed architecture on Santorini, overlooking the Aegean Sea... wow.

And then there's France. Sure, Paris is classic, but also crowded. I found little towns in Provence way more charming (and cheaper wine). Think sun drenched lavender fields, farmers markets in June. Heaven.

So yeah, that's me. Maybe it's predictable, but these places got under my skin. Travel on a budget? Search flights.

What is the 5 most beautiful country?

Okay, so, beautiful countries, huh? This is tough. I went to Greece in 2023, July, I think. Mykonos, specifically. Absolutely stunning. The whitewashed buildings, the turquoise water… wow. Seriously, the photos don't do it justice. Felt like a postcard.

But, Switzerland is also unreal. I was there last year, 2022, winter. The Alps! Breathtaking. Seriously breathtaking. Completely different vibe from Greece, obviously. More majestic, you know? The snow, the mountains... perfect for skiing. I was a total klutz though, fell a few times. Embarrassing.

Italy? Yeah, Rome is amazing, ancient history everywhere. Florence too, art overload, but in a good way. I was there in 2021, Spring. Beautiful weather, good food. Too many tourists though, that's a negative.

New Zealand I've only seen in photos. Looks incredible, those fjords! I really want to go. It's on my list for 2024. Probably Queenstown first, heard it's amazing for adventure stuff.

Spain… Barcelona is vibrant, but I prefer the quieter parts. Seville in the south, oh man, that heat though! Went there in 2020, and it was way too hot for me. Still beautiful architecture. Beautiful, but hot. Very hot.

  • Greece: Stunning beaches, whitewashed towns. Mykonos was unforgettable. Best in July.
  • Switzerland: Majestic Alps, amazing for skiing. Went in 2022, winter. Loved it, despite my falls.
  • Italy: Rome and Florence are amazing, lots of history and art. Overly crowded though, particularly in peak season. 2021 Spring trip.
  • New Zealand: Looks amazing from pictures, planning a trip in 2024. Fjords are calling my name.
  • Spain: Barcelona and Seville are beautiful but hot. Seville was particularly brutal in the summer of 2020.

So yeah, picking just five is impossible. Each country has a totally different charm. It's all subjective.

What is the 5 most beautiful country?

Okay, top 5 most beautiful countries…right, gotta think.

  • Greece: Scenic number ONE! But like, 26th best overall? Huh. Saw some amazing sunsets in Mykonos back in 2023, seriously unreal. Why's it not higher overall?

  • New Zealand: Number two for scenery. Only ninth overall? Lord of the Rings made it look incredible. Need to go, been saying that since forever.

  • Italy: Third best for views. Fifteenth best country. Rome was chaotic, Venice romantic. Ate so much pasta there. Was it really the best pasta?

  • Switzerland: Fourth for scenery and FIRST overall! Makes sense. Those mountains, the chocolate... It is expensive though.

  • Spain: Fifth most scenic. Number 19 overall. Barcelona rules. Tapas, beaches, siestas... what's not to love?

Wait. Thailand, Norway, Iceland... they're pretty too, right? Are they on the list? Thailand's gotta be up there just for the beaches. And Iceland? Wow, glaciers. What makes a country beautiful, anyway? Just the scenery? Or is it culture too?
