What is peak time London Oyster card?

Okay, so you're wondering about peak times for Oyster cards in London, right? Makes sense, everyone wants to save a bit of cash! Peak fare times are kinda annoying, but basically, it's weekdays (not holidays, thankfully!) from 6:30 in the morning – ugh, who even wants to THINK about that time? – until 9:30 AM. Then again from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. So basically the morning and evening rush hour. Makes sense, I guess, everyone's trying to get to and from work. Outside of these times, you're golden – off-peak fares! Think of all the extra coffee you could buy with that saved money! I remember once, I visited London and completely forgot about peak fares. It was a Monday morning and BAM! Hit with that peak fare. I was like, "Seriously?!" Learned my lesson though. Now I always double-check, especially when I'm going somewhere like, say, the British Museum during rush hour. You'd think avoiding the crowds would be enough of a challenge, right? But then you get the peak fare on top of it! So, yeah, keep those times in mind – 6:30-9:30 AM and 4:00-7:00 PM, weekdays. Don't get caught out like I did!
