Think of it: a cave so big it has its own weather system. Not kidding. Clouds, rain, the whole shebang. It’s like Mother Nature decided to build a mini-planet inside a mountain.

• Motorbike madness! Traffic is a contact sport – you’ll need a helmet and a prayer.

Yeah, and that cave… Son Doong. It’s like if a giant dropped a mountain and made a hollow spot. It’s gigantic. Makes my apartment seem, well, tiny. Tiny like a hamster cage.

It’s a geological wonder! Scientists are still discovering new things in that bad boy. There’s waterfalls, underground rivers, jungle… I think there’s a lost city of gold too, but that’s just a rumour, started by me, obviously.

Okay, so Vietnam, right? Man, it’s amazing. Best at? Tough one, but I’d say coffee. Seriously, the cà phê sữa đá is unbeatable. And the banh mi? Forget about it. Best sandwich ever, hands down. No joke. Those things are everywhere, and they’re all ridiculously good. So good.

Then there’s the architecture, it’s so unique. The Golden Bridge is nuts. Absolutely crazy. And Hoi An? Stunning. Such a cool old town. I loved the vibe there. Completely different to Hue, though. Hue’s Imperial City is intense; a total history lesson. Though I prefered Hoi An.

Oh! And the Cu Chi Tunnels. Creepy, but fascinating. I actually went, in 2023. Seriously claustrophobic, though. I’d do it again, but probably not soon. I mean, it was pretty intense. Plus, the craft beer scene is popping off now; tons of new breweries everywere. It’s nuts how many there are. I think I even tried some bia hơi, or whatever. So yeah, Vietnam. Great food, cool history, awesome coffee… it’s all pretty awesome really.
