What is the cheapest 4 seater plane?

So, you’re looking for a cheap four-seater plane, huh? I get it, the idea of owning your own airplane is seriously tempting! It’s a dream I’ve had since I was a kid, watching those tiny planes buzz around. But the reality… well, the reality is a bit different, isn’t it?

Cessna 172 Skyhawks are nice, but man, they’re pricey. Think $360,000 to $400,000. Honestly, that’s more than my house cost! And the Diamond DA40? Forget about it, $400,000 to $450,000. That’s just insane. It feels like they’re adding zeros for fun at that point!

Of course, these prices are averages, and the actual cost depends on the year, condition, and all that jazz. Think about it like buying a used car – some are absolute lemons, others are practically new. Finding a good deal will take time and research, probably more time than I’m willing to spend. Maybe someday I’ll get there, maybe not… But hey, a guy can dream, right?
