What is the cheapest day of the week to fly out of?

Ugh, travel expenses! From my experience, Tuesdays and Fridays are definitely your best bet to snag a cheaper flight. Everyone seems to want to escape on weekends, making Sundays and Mondays pricier. Honestly, I hate the feeling of being ripped off just because I cant adjust my travel schedule perfectly, so I always aim for those mid-week or end-of-week flights if possible. It can save you a bundle!

Okay, so you wanna know the cheapest day to fly, huh? I get it, travel’s expensive enough already! Let me tell you, from all my years of trying to snag a bargain flight (and trust me, I’ve tried!), Tuesdays and Fridays are usually where it’s at.

Think about it: everyone and their grandma wants to jet off on a weekend, right? So Sundays and Mondays? Forget about it! Those are usually the most expensive days, ugh. It’s like, they know you’re desperate for that weekend getaway and they totally price gouge you! Which, I mean, is business, but still… feels kinda icky, doesn’t it?

I remember once, I had to fly out on a Sunday. Emergency situation, long story. But I swear, the flight was like, twice as much as if I could have just waited ’til Tuesday! It was painful, truly painful, for my wallet anyway!

So yeah, if you’ve got any flexibility at all, seriously consider those midweek (Tuesday/Wednesday) or even Friday flights. Honestly, you could save a ton of money. And that extra cash? Well, that’s more mojitos on the beach, right? Now that’s worth planning for! ????
