Vietnam eVisa vs. Paper Visa: Whats the Difference & Which is Best?
Okay, so, Vietnam visa stuff, right? Kinda confusing at first, tbh.
An eVisa? Think online everything. Apply, get approved, all digitally. A paper visa, though? Old school. Gotta send your actual passport to an embassy or consulate for a sticky visa.
The eVisa is usually for short trips, specific airports or borders only. Like, I used one to fly into Hanoi (Noi Bai airport!) a few years back, think it cost me about $25. Simple.
But a paper visa, the old way, I kinda get the impression is for folks needing longer stays or wanting more flexibility with entry. Never needed one myself, but seems like it opens up more options, ya know?
