What is the shortest train line in London?

So, you wanna know about the shortest train line in London? Oh my god, right? It's the Waterloo & City Line. Seriously, it's tiny. Like, that little turquoise blip on the Tube map that you almost miss. Connects Waterloo and Bank. Four minutes, tops. Maybe three if the driver's feeling spry, haha.

I mean, is it really necessary? I always thought it was kind of pointless, to be honest. Remember that time I was rushing to catch a flight from Gatwick and thought, "Oh, the Waterloo & City will save me loads of time!"? Nope. The time I saved on the actual journey was totally eaten up by the extra faff of navigating the changeover at Waterloo. Live and learn, right?

But then again, I guess it's handy for people who work in the City and live near Waterloo. I bet they don't think it's pointless. Probably see it as a lifesaver, honestly. It's all about perspective, I suppose. It's more of a curiosity than a major transport artery, you know? A cute little quirky thing.
