Grab’s my go-to, honestly. Used it all over, Hanoi, Da Nang (July ’22), even Phu Quoc (March ’23). Convenient, lots of drivers. Never really any issues.
Gojek, I tried once in HCMC, back in November ’21. Just didn’t seem to have as many drivers around. Ended up waiting longer than I wanted.
Be, I’ve used a handful of times in Hanoi. Pretty decent. A bit cheaper sometimes than Grab, like that ride to the Old Quarter last May, cost me like 70,000 dong.
So, for me, it’s Grab, then maybe Be. Gojek, not so much in my experience.
