Okay, so weekdays, 7 PM, 7:45 PM, 8:30 PM, and 10 PM. Pretty much set in stone, though sometimes they're a tad late.
Weekends? Whoa, that's a different story. Remember last December? I was there, almost missed my bus. The trains are way more frequent. 6 AM, 9 AM, 11:20 AM, 3:20 PM, 5:30 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM, 7:45 PM, 8:30 PM, 9 PM, and 11 PM. It's a zoo!
Honestly, best check closer to your visit, though. Things change. I saw a sign posted in January suggesting some variations due to track work. Seriously, it's a moving target.
