Where are seats A and B on a plane?

Ugh, plane seating! So, seat A? Thats my dream – a window seat, tucked away on the left side, perfect for gazing out at the clouds. B? Thats the middle seat, sandwiched between the window and aisle. Not ideal, but hey, at least Im not stuck next to the bathroom! If its a four-seat row, the letter system just keeps going. Id much rather snag an A or a C than be stuck in the middle.

Okay, so you’re wondering about seats A and B on a plane? Ugh, tell me about it, plane seating can be SUCH a lottery! So, seat A… dreamy sigh… that’s the holy grail, the window seat. Specifically, the left-hand window seat, at least on most planes. Perfect for leaning against, dozing off, and you know, staring out the window at the world below. I remember this one flight, coming back from California, I had an A seat, and the sunset? Absolutely breathtaking. Seriously, it was like something out of a movie.

Then there’s B… the dreaded middle seat. Squished between two strangers, elbow wars for the armrest… not fun. Although, I guess it could be worse. At least it’s not the aisle seat by the bathroom, right? Remember that flight to Chicago where I was next to the bathroom? Never. Again. The constant flushing, the line… shudders.

Now, if it’s a row of four seats (like on some bigger planes), then it usually goes A, B, C, and then D, with D being the aisle on the other side. Makes sense, I guess? But honestly, give me an A or a C any day. The window for views, or the aisle for easy escape. Who wants to be stuck in the middle? Not me! Seriously, last time I was stuck in a B seat, I felt like a human sausage. No legroom, nowhere to go… Just… stuck. So yeah, A and B – window and middle. Choose wisely!
