Okay, here's my take on finding free Wi-Fi, like, how I actually deal with it:
Free Wi-Fi is scattered everywhere.
Honestly, Lithuania is supposed to be #1? Never been, can't confirm, lol. But! I DID score free wifi in London (UK) easy peasy near Trafalgar Square once.
Estonia is top too. Places like Tallinn have open networks. Pretty cool, right?
