Okay, so you're hitting up Vietnam for the first time, eh? HCMC, Hue, Hoi An, and Hanoi are all must-sees, seriously. Plus, a Ha Long Bay overnight trip. Two weeks, you can totally nail that.

Hanoi's cool, like, the Old Quarter is insane, and the food is just top-tier. Bun cha, you have to try it, trust me. It's way more authentic feeling than HCMC, I guess.

Ho Chi Minh City? It's way more modern, busseling, kinda like Bangkok but with more scooters, haha. Definitely a good starting point, easy to navigate. Me and my partner flew in there.

Hue is the old imperial capital. It's got that history thing going on. The Citadel is pretty amazing, but maybe one or two days is enough, tbh.

And then there's Hoi An. It's touristy, for sure, but for good reason. Super charming, lanterns everywhere... get some clothes made, seriously. Tailors, you know?

Ha Long Bay? Worth it, even if it's crowded. Wake up early, watch the sunrise. A little bit cheesey, but so what! You get good photos, you know. I was on a boat that was too small. Never go with the cheapest trip!
