Okay, so the fastest train, ever? It's the Japanese L0 Series, dude. Seriously freakin' fast. Hit 603 kilometers per hour, that's like, what? Insane. I read that somewhere, a reliable site, I think. Crazy speed, right? My sister, she's a total train nerd, she told me all about it. She's got, like, a whole binder full of train stuff. Anyways, that's the record. That Maglev thing is wild.

The whole maglev thing is pretty cool, no wheels touching the tracks. Seriously impressive engineering. I think it uses magnets or something, I'm not entirely sure how it works, but it's definetly super-fast. They're trying to make even faster ones now, I bet. Makes you think, huh? How fast can they even go?

Ugh, trains. Okay, so I remember in 2023, I was stuck at Narita.

My flight was delayed because of, get this, a typhoon. I was so mad. I needed to be in Osaka!

Anyway, while I was killing time, I saw this display about trains. It had this whole thing about the L0 Series Maglev in Japan.

I mean, I already knew that Japan’s trains were fast! I’d ridden the Shinkansen, like, a million times. But this was DIFFERENT.

The display said something like, it had a record speed of like, 603 kilometers per hour. Woah.

That's like, faster than some airplanes, right? I felt like, amazed but also, kinda bored, because I just wanted to go home.

Seriously though, 603 kph? Makes my commute on the LIRR look like a joke.

While waiting to board the plane, I did some digging. So, this Maglev train:

• It runs on magnetic levitation. That is, magic.

• It achieved it, apparently, during testing.
