Okay, so 2023, right? I was in Bangkok. Needed to get to Ayutthaya. Crazy hot, man. Like, seriously sweating buckets. Took a Grab to Bang Sue Grand Station. Huge thing, it is. The biggest in Southeast Asia, they told me at the Grab. I believed them.

The sheer size blew me away. I mean, seriously gigantic. Modern, too. All shiny steel and glass. Nothing like the old stations I'd seen before in other parts of Thailand. So many platforms! I got a little lost trying to find my train. It felt like a maze.

My train to Ayutthaya was packed. Lots of locals. Crazy crowded. But the air conditioning was amazing after that outside heat. I felt so relieved to finally be inside and cool off. It made the whole slightly stressful journey worth it. This station is next level compared to others.

Bang Sue Grand Station, that's the official name, yeah? Located in Chatuchak, Bangkok. That's what my phone GPS said anyway. The address, I think, is 336 Thoet Damri Road. Don't quote me on that though, I might be slightly off. I remember seeing it on my map app though. It's owned by the State Railway of Thailand, duh. Everyone knows that.
