Which is the best transportation system in Asia?
Best Asian Transportation System?
Okay, so best Asian transport? Tough one. I mean, I've been to Japan, twice actually. Once in October 2022, the other March 2023. Both times, the trains were insane.
Seriously, the Shinkansen? Mind-blowing. Fast, clean, always on time. I took it from Tokyo to Kyoto, cost a pretty penny, but worth it.
The whole system is super efficient, feels totally seamless. Getting around was a breeze. Never a worry about delays, or grime, or anything really.
But is it the best? Hard to say. I haven't experienced every Asian transport system. Singapore's MRT is pretty slick too, from what I've heard. Maybe equally good, even.
Japan's bullet trains are the gold standard for speed and efficiency though. That's my take, after two trips. Fact: punctuality is outstanding.
