Which is the cheapest country to visit in June?
Laos in June for $8.45 a day?! Seriously? Where do I sign up?! That's insane. Like, I've been looking at trips, you know, just daydreaming, mostly to Southeast Asia, and everything seems so expensive. But eight dollars? I could actually do that. Sri Lanka looks pretty reasonable too, but Laos... wow. That just blows everything else out of the water. Imagine, right? All that incredible food – I've heard the street food is to die for – and the mountains and temples… for less than I spend on lunch sometimes! Is this real life? I mean, I'm sure there are nuances, right? Like, maybe that's bare bones budget, but still... it makes it feel possible. I remember that time I went backpacking through Europe, and just a hostel bed cost me more than that. This is making me seriously rethink my travel plans. Laos, here I come… maybe?
