Which is the least expensive mode of transport?
Is train travel the cheapest way to get around? You know, I've actually found that, more often than not, it really is! Buses, surprisingly, can be a real rip-off, especially if you're going a long way. And flying? Don't even get me started – talk about expensive! Plus, with trains, you get, like, actual legroom and a bit of space to spread out, unlike those cramped buses where you're practically on top of the person next to you. Ugh. Remember that time we took the bus from Chicago to Denver? Never again! So yeah, trains are usually way more comfortable. I mean, okay, there are probably some exceptions, depending on where you're going and when, like maybe during peak season or something. But generally speaking, in my experience, I've saved a good chunk of change taking the train. It's just… smarter, you know? Why pay more for less comfort? Makes no sense to me.
