Ugh, Bangkok nightlife? So many choices, it's overwhelming! I'm still trying to decide my favorite.
Sukhumvit Soi 11 is insane, a total sensory overload. Crazy crowded, expensive drinks, but the energy? Electric. I remember one night last December, spilled my Singha all over some dude's shirt. Awkward.
Thonglor's more chill, I think. Trendier, maybe? Less chaotic, more sophisticated bars. Spent around 1500 baht that time on cocktails and snacks with friends – that was March.
Khao San Road... well, that's a different beast entirely. Backpacker central. Cheap drinks, loud music, total madness. Not really my scene, to be honest. Went once, never again. Too much.
