Laos Visa Free Countries?

Laos visa-free travel is pretty cool for some lucky folks. My Indonesian friend visited Vientiane last July for two weeks, no visa hassle.

Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mongolia, and Myanmar citizens get visa-free entry to Laos. The length of stay varies.

My friend loved exploring the temples and markets. He said the food was amazing. Luang Prabang is next on his list.

Visa-free stays range from 14 to 30 days depending on nationality. Check specific regulations for your country before you go.

Planning a trip myself. Maybe sometime next year. Thinking of checking out Vang Vieng. It looks beautiful in pictures.

It’s worth looking at flight prices. Saw tickets to Luang Prabang for around $600 round trip from Bangkok in October.
