Okay, so you want to know who’s running the show at the Rosewood San Miguel de Allende? It’s Guillermo Varela. He’s the Managing Director, but honestly, that’s basically the General Manager, right? He’s the one in charge, the top dog, overseeing everything at that gorgeous hotel. I mean, everything. You know, from making sure the pool is sparkling (and I bet it is, it’s a Rosewood) to, I imagine, dealing with… well, everything a fancy hotel has to deal with!
