Why am I not able to do a web check-in?

What to do if I am not able to web check-in?

Okay, so you can't web check-in, huh? No biggie! Just head to the airport, like, way earlier than you think you need to. Trust me, airport lines, yikes!

Seriously, aim to be there a good... three hours before your flight, maybe even more, 'specially if it's international or its around any holiday. Better safe then sorry, ya know?

• Arrive Early: Really, really, early. Three hours, minimum! Like, the lines are gonna be nuts.
• Documents: Have your passport or ID and booking confirmation ready.

Make sure you have all your stuff ready to go, too. Your ID, the booking confirmation - all that jazz. Having all your ducks in a row really speeds things up. You don't want to be that person digging in their bag, holding up the line. Like, i once forgot my ID when i went to Tijuana. Big mess.
